In order to capture your pets personality I may need more than one photo depending on the quality of the photo  submitted.

Refund Policy

 

Customer satisfaction is EXTREMELY important to me. Before shipping I will send you a text or email you a photograph of your pet portrait for approval or any final adjustments, free of charge (within reason). Unfortunately, I cannot offer returns or exchanges on pet portraits due to their custom nature and the many hours that go into making them.
